Texas (Big One) - Sprint Cup

Huge wreck in the final 20 laps in a rather clean and green race that I was attending Monday. But how quickly things change from clean racing to a junkyard. The 42 car really wasn't involved in the melee, but he lost control trying to miss the crash in the grass. But that grass was moist, and he probably was spinning the tires in the mud and lost it. Jeff Gordon led over 120 laps and Tony Stewart was the polesitter...both wrecked out.

Biggest wreck yet of the year so far, probably just tops the Bud Shootout practice crash.

I was definitely pissed after this... Finally Gordon has another (4th time) shot to win and then kenseth puts them 4 wide in the mid section and edwards bumps stewart and he bumps Gordon. I am going to be honest here... Gordon is my pick for the championship. He showed Johnson how to run yesterday. All you have to do is make it into the chase so all that matters right now is wins and the top 12... thats it. then when the chase comes it's time for consistency.

Hah! Denny will win the championship, no doubt about it.

I see it coming down to three guys again... Jimmie, Hamlin, and Gordon.
