Grrr....stupid YouTube hackers!

OK, I've got bad news regarding the Charlotte video that has been a WIP (work-in-progress) for a while. My Windows partition decided to turn on a virus as soon as I opened my e-mail client the morning after the Dover race. I traced the virus to a very disgruntled YouTube user that had issues with me regarding things that I'm not allowed to mention due to forum etiquette rules here, but by then, I couldn't get it out without damaging the entire hard drive (which would have meant no Mac either). This means that all of the footage that I had cut for DerekE to finish is now gone.

Lucky for me, I still have the raw replay file (the .tsr file that DerekE sent me), so I'll be able to get going again, unless DerekE wants to take it over. I was supposed to send it to him today before the hacker killed my Windows 7 partition.

And in case you're wondering, I'm still in the process of getting TS, MRO, rFactor, and NR2003 back on Windows as I speak.

I hate having to deal with this, I really do, and I'm really sorry for the delay on the video guys. As soon as I get the SCARTS TS mod back on Windows, I'll be able to rerecord the footage and start over unless DerekE wants to take over.

I know, I'm really pissed about it, and Snow Lep's running unusually slow...so I may have to reformat the ENTIRE damn drive! ~thanks the powers that be for backups~

If I ever meet the a-hole that hacked me in real life, I'm going to stick a filthy syringe in his butt and ask him what it's like to get a virus!!!

Sucks about the computer.. I never really what kind of satisfaction hackers and virus producers get from doing what they do.. Ugh.
