That was overall a good race. It was nice to see some intense drafting early on and seeing Carl hold off any chargers for the lead during the first 25 laps.

The next 50 laps changed everything. Carl was good early on but faded late with some contact. Hamlin, McMurray, Biffle all looked good until the end. Harvick restarted fourth in the final restart, got in the low lane and sailed to the front when the wreck broke loose behind him. Gordon tagged Greg Biffle and it was on from there. Harvick won again by the caution being drawn, Kasey Kahne had a great run in his Ford debut (no Roush Fords in the Top 10), McMurray had a good finish for his EGR #1 car, Kyle Busch fought back from a bad gear ratio to get 4th and Denny Hamlin fought back a bit for 5th. The highest finishing Hendrick car was Jeff Gordon in 8th. Everyone else scored 11th or worse (Dale Jr. in 11th). Good race!!!! Congrats Harvick!

Thoughts guys on this appetizer for 2010??

Gordon had so much power under the hood that he lifted biffle up and dumped him and still finished 8th! woooooooooo!

I was disappointed and pissed off. Carl Edwards had a great run, he was my favorite to win once I saw the first 10 laps were his. Secondly, IT WOULD BE BIFFLE TO MESS EVERYTHING UP! I TRULY HATER GREGORY BIFFLE AS OF NOW!

JGR has a great run as well. 4th, 5th and 7th. I guess Toyota is doing great on the racetrack! I can't say the same about the highway though! (Recalls, recalls, did I mention RECALLS?)
