This year in SCARTS, you will have the option to retain your car number before anybody else decides to claim it. Everyone will have two weeks to reply to this post whether they intend to reclaim their car numbers from last year. You can do this for all three series below. I will demonstrate in my post below as a model. Remember, no claiming cars ran last year until two weeks pass. (January 20th 2010)

This will eliminate the issues between Burn and Scorpio regarding the #5 Phenom car.

Burn, there is no #5 car next year for Nationwide. But since you reserved the 5 during the car reservations, you have the right to reserve the #7 since it technically is the 5 this year, but you'll have to talk to Raptor.
