Watkins Glen - Lexx & Klutch

OK what we are going to do now is if somebody has a bone to pick with another driver, you take it up here in the complaints area. If you want to dispute a move someone puts on you or you don't like someone's behavior, you can post here as a way to get their attention.

The 'targeted driver' will have 24 hours to reply in a private message to explain and apologize for the incident. Once the PM is received by the other driver, he will then send it to me or another admin to post on the forum as a proof of apology. The topic will be locked after the complainer posts their topic as to avoid unnecessary fighting. The only other post to be written will be the evidence of apology. If the apology seems sincere enough and describes the situation well enough, the 'offenders' finishing position will not be altered.

If no PM is sent within the 24 hour period after the post is brought up on here, the finish will be demoted to last car on the lap he was running on. I think this method will get us communicating more with our competitors and help stem friendship and clean racing.

I"ll post for Lexx here since this is the first topic about this. Lexx is really mad at Klutch for in his words 'divebombing him' after the final restart. Lexx basically got shoved off the course by Klutch and smashed into the tire wall while Klutch drove off as the leader. Lexx is incredibly upset about this and wants justice done. Klutch your duty as the 'target' is to apologize for the situation within 24 hours after this post was posted by PM to Lexx. Either Lexx or another admin can then quote the post as a reply to this locked topic as proof of the apology.
