New Moderators

Now that Aniro, Burn, and Chess are moderators on the site, its time to lay down some guidelines for them to follow.

1. You are representatives of SCARTS. Don't abuse your privelege by posting obnoxious comments or cursing on the site. Its YOUR job to prevent that stuff, not cause it.

2. Help stop fights on the forum, don't provoke them.

3. Delete or move any news that is outdated.

4. Fix any errors you see in results, lineup or whatever. BUT, don't do so until you learn how to modify the tables the CORRECT way as to avoid the table corruption.

5. Assist the admins in any posts they need done. Try to do so within a day if asked.

6. Moderators are able to assist in 'post-race' penalties by watching the tapes to provide their input on race issues ALONG WITH the admins. A moderator does NOT give you the right to penalize someone during the race.

7. Help promote the league by gathering new racers.

These are some basic things a moderator of our site can do. I'll contact you guys personally or through a post if I need anything specific done. Welcome to the SCARTS staff!
