I tried the clean reinstall and the SCARTS standalone, but neither of them worked. My resolution is 1680x1050 and I tried lowering it, I tried compatibility mode, nothing works!!!

Good news: I got the problem with TS fixed...
Even worse news: My laptop crapped out while installing SP1 for Vista and now I'm stuck using my old comp for the 'Dega race tomorrow. I'm not getting it fixed 'til Wednesday.

So you know, I think its the resolution I had set for my laptop as I made that standalone mod, set for a widescreen. However if it happened with the real game, thats fishy....
