Given DOC's behavior in the season opener Truck race, DOC will not be allowed to compete in the Cup Series races for an indefinate period, possibly all season long.
(For clarity, this post was in the 'Full Throttle Cup' general discussion meaning this is only valid for the Cup series. DOC is still allowed to race in the other series at this time, but Phenom I have yet to decide on. DOC will not race in the Cup level unless he makes a drastic turnaround in the Truck Series.)

he should be on probation meaning he can only cause one more incident and hes done for the season

I clarified what I meant above. DOC is only banned from the Cup level, undecided on the Phenom Series, and allowed to race in Truck.
