Practice and Qualifying Empty Practice and Qualifying

I'm started to get ticked off with people putting off practice and quals. After the Phenom race, I want EVERYONE to complete their qualifying laps A DAY OR MORE BEFORE racetime. NO MORE will I be waiting on ya'll to connect and say, oh I will later and not show. I want to keep this league running smooth and no more will I accomodate slackers who pop in late! Please keep the communication flowing.

Another thing, attendance on this site as dropped SHARPLY. I am well informing you all about races and I get people in here that seem so clueless about races coming up. Not keeping up to date on the races is your responsibility. Please check back everyday if you can.
