Caution Limit Proposal

In further efforts to reduce the amount of cautions during a SCARTS race, I'm proposing setting caution limits. My idea is to allow as many cautions in a race as there are drivers starting the event. If we have eight drivers for instance, we'd limit the amount of cautions to EIGHT. I'd also use my upgraded macros to signify which caution number it is.

It would look like this:

----------------------------

That is an example statement that I can program the game to say so that its easier to notice and keep track of. I'm also making special restart statements and other things to make things simpler to understand. As this point, I still intend to have caution callers pit as we have been doing...and also, I might count red flags toward this total as well, but I leave that up to you guys to discuss.

Makes sense that we limit it to the number of driver, although the maximum limit is going to be 12 at all times. I guess thats okay though.

More drivers = more problems....thus more cautions. Makes alot of sense.

I do not like it one bit... Lag cautions happen to be the majority of cautions and if we limit these then when you go to lap these driver with problems could be a hassle to get around them. Also with drivers being aggressive throughout the race people will bump someone on accident and cause them to hit the wall. If you put this method into effect, expect more people to leave the race because they cannot call a caution to reset their chances of actually racing for position. I guarantee that I will not be finishing a lot of races because there is no more cautions to call so I will be a couple of laps down and can't get the lucky dog, i'll just leave because there isn't a chance in hell to win. You know you're server isn't the best right?

Noted Raptor...however I am putting some serious effort into improving the lag as a host. I am reading the TS manual and I'm adjusting my settings as much as I can to (according to the guide), reduce or eliminate lag. I'm going to try some stuff here soon to see if it works.
