Download Jazzy's Mod while downloading tracks in game.

I experimented tonight and I just realized that putting all of the night tiles in the tracks folder (much like Scorpio did with the Dark pit tiles) allows the files to be downloaded over the server while getting the track.

This means, no longer will players have trouble getting the night mod to work because its downloadable automatically now. Basically if the Dover track works for you, the night mod will work for you also. Time to do some night racin!!!!!!!!!! xD

Charlotte is being relit tonight for nighttime so we can run our races under the lights. And now we can do more night races from here on out.

Yeah! We haven't had the option f doing that in a while.
