Hello I have to Anounce that i will no longer be managing the servers for scarts but it will still be up and sponsered by me but i am now real busy now with my Mix-Tapes , DJaying , And at the radio station
so i no longer have time to play games and add server macro for races so i either pass this down to burn or burnout for management i will now make a requiremnts list to get approved for management


1. Must Have a Stable Computer

2. You Must Be Able To Use The Following Programs
Ftp Uploader or a ftp management client
Remote desktop
must be able to make turbosliders macro's

3. Must Be Known In the Scarts Community

4. Il Make Another Rule For Becoming Management Of Scarts Server's
