Redoing Phenom Race tonight

Ok, we are redoing the Phenom race Sunday. Here is the elligibility to race Sunday, since the new driver cap will be 12 racers. Those in the Top 8 in 2009 points will be allowed to race without qualifying in. EVERYONE else will have to qualify in. If all eight drivers were to start, there will be four race in spots. If anybody in the Top 8 of 2009 fails to show, such as Klutch, there may be more spots available for other people. If we don't have 12, everyone races.

KartRossi though will be refused to race due to mass amounts of blocking which screwed me over in our first attempt. Drillz and Emanuel for now are under review by admins as well due to also having times where they blocked others. SCARTS is a fairplay league and must be respected as such. Admins have to right to park you all in future races if you continue to block.

Nah! You can't do that... I'm not available for Thursday! Obviously half of the people that voted for "WEDNESDAY" weren't available either. I object to this short notice scheduling, if anything, MAKE THE RACE NEXT WEEK!

Any of those times on Sunday would be fantastic, especially since I have to qual my way in. Good thing we're redoing it.
