2010 Car Handling Breakthrough

Hey guys! I was reading through the cardef file that Turbo Sliders has and I tried experimenting with the 'Antislide' feature. Our 2009 cars had 0 antislide. Reading through the file, I figured out how the coding works in game. I now can design these cars to 'push' and skid meaning you will need to lift and brake more.

I did some test racing with AI and its alot tougher to race them now with locking up the tires and things if you drive in too hard. I'm continuing to mess around with this to design a great car handling package for 2010. I plan to keep a similar 2009 setup but with the option now to skid and the ability to get more creative in how you take corners in SCARTS. I'll keep you updated.

-If you low line, you have to lift which is realistic. If you don't you will drift up into the wall.
-On the high line, you can lock the tires if you drive in too hard. Lifting is key.
-The driving line setup from 2009 still appears to work despite how different the low line is now. Its still good if brake and lift properly.
