NOTES:
Pilburn gets a 15 point penalty for not giving up his position on the final restart when he got bumped from behind jumping Kooler. The infraction however the admins don't feel is severe enough to place Pilburn last for.

Scorpio gets a 10 point penalty for hitting Pilburn into the fence in Turn 2, pulling a 'Joey Logano hail mary' into him at the final caution.

Congrats Pilburn. You still earn the win based on the bump you got from Scorpio in Turn 4. A little questionable, but you get a 15 point penalty for not giving up your position.

Scorpio, you also get a 10 point penalty for nailing Pilburn in Turn 2 when I called the final caution. It appeared you were making swipes at him the laps before and you finally got him. Lexx and I agreed on this penalty.

Very fun race guys, I'm going to use stuff from this race for my new SCARTS header I have in production.

I am not prizing him at all. I thought you were the one to beat, but Pilburn cheated to win. So he gets a point deduction which is fair enough. Plus we usually do this in most situations anyhow.

My brother didn't "cheat to win". As a matter of fact he finished in 3rd. He didn't cause it, he got a deduction because he was pushing you and others into the wall. Which happens to be a completely different penalty.

Yeah he may have bumped you, but you did have time to brake like Kooler said. This plays out for two drivers who made mistakes, get used to it, it's called reaction time. It's a part of racing and it always will, I thought you would know that?

Dude, its might hard lettin off when i got scorpio pushing me. I wanted to stay away from him anyways because of how aggresive he was, i watched tape, he was blockin and racin aggresive to me and burnout and lexx and trent that i know of. I SEEN. OK this discussion has gone far enough.

Case in point, Pilburn jumped Kooler but he WAS HELPED by Scorpio in Turn 4. Yes Pilburn did cross the line first and didn't let Kooler by. That was his mistake, you must show an effort to slow up and not take advantage of the bump as an excuse to bend the rules. Yes it was a bad move, but NO I think the racing stayed quite civil and Pilburn knew he made a mistake and I felt that demoting Pilburn to last place was too harsh because of the help he got from Scorpio to cause that. That is my take on that and Lexx agreed.

Kooler we are not 'bad admins' just because our punishments aren't what you expected. Live and learn. Long back I was told not to go trading off positions or points for bad behavior. Pilburn won the race and he gets the victory despite the issues he had. Ninth place for a minor jump like that is like parking a driver who barely hits somebody. Just too harsh to do that as there is no middle ground other than a points penalty.

I'm not trying to take sides here. Pil many times has had the bad end of a penalty and this time he lucked out. Nothing that me or Lexx should be blamed and put down about. Seriously.

Besides Kooler, you should be happy with your 2nd place run. You've run well lately, keep it up.

The thing Pilburn did wasn't big enough to get you in first place, Kooler.

I feel sorry that you feel like someone stole your win, but that's just racing. Get on with it!

The whole race was packed with rough racing from just about everyone, thats what you get from dover I guess.

It was very fun, I didn't have much fun when I was stuck lower than 6th. It's so hard on that track to move up unless someone makes human error.
