He shouldn't be considered 5th... maybe if you gave him the last position it would be fair enough now that he cannot race again, so I say shove him to last spot.

I can't demote his finish, he gets the spot he finishes in. Points earned though is another story and I will dock 25 points from DOC due to his behavior in the final laps.

That's all I can do. The other time I docked Pilburn and DOC, they finished in the correct positions.
