I had an idea to maybe boost the truck race attendance. FT Cup was planned and still is planned for a late June start (date to be determined), but there wouldn't be any harm to run the non-points Shootout race earlier. We could plan a double header that weekend, running the SCARTS Shootout (75 laps) AND the Rough & Ready 250 (100 laps) perhaps in the same night. Lemme know if you like this idea, I do because it'll drag more ppl in for the Truck Series race.

yea, would get us ready for racing, it would raise the compititon level because we got to know the track before the shootout
