Proposed Penalty System

Proposed Penalty System
I thought up a new way to invoke penalties in the races. Following each race, come onto the forum and post grades for each driver, a number value from 0-100. Please take into account that particular race alone, not past races. I'll take all of the grades posted here, and crunch the average score. You MAY NOT grade yourself.
SYSTEM:
If a driver averages 90 or above, they will receive an A and earn the FULL POINTS for the position they finish in.
If a driver averages between 76-89, they will receive a B and earn 80% of the points they would have earned.
If a driver averages 60-75, they will receive half the points that they earned from the race.
If a driver averages below a 60, they will receive no points for the race.
Ask yourself these questions to determine a grade:
1) Does the driver take responsibility for causing an accident to you or anyone else?
2) Does the driver race without stopping to complain?
3) Does the driver race you clean (not cut you off, not hit you on purpose)?
4) Does the driver pay attention to cautions and listen to the admin?
5) Does the driver get along with ALL the other competitors and show sportsmanship?
If someone who performed poorly in the race happens to win, their win will only be stripped if they score less than 60.
If you like this system or have any suggestions, feel free to respond. I think it's time we change the way we look at these penalties and grading a driver seems to be an effective means of doing it.

Re: Proposed Penalty System
I like it... but put into consideration that there may be some cheaters!
I will grade everyone fairly, but you never know how other people may think...

True, true Burn. I know that could be an issue, however I'm smart enough, I think, to notice if somebody is skewing the grade in their favor. It has to be obvious enough for me to do anything about it, but if I do catch a cheater, they will lose all points for the race.
A simpler method may be just to give A, B, C, or F. No D's. I can average these better. If A = 1, B= 2, C=3, F=4, i can use these numbers and make an average. If lets say the average is 1.4, it would round towards 1.0 or an A. If the average is 2.7, it would round to 3.0 or C.

Re: Proposed Penalty System
This is a good idea, but we'll see how this works out.
