Phenom Series and Truck Series cancelled, replaced with Rising Star Series

I've terminated the SCARTS Phenom Series and the Truck Series for 2010. Instead, we will replace the Phenom Series with the new SCARTS Rising Star Series in which only those outside the Top 8 in points (as of Race #8 at Pocono in Cup) will be allowed to compete in fulltime.

Those who misbehave in the Cup race will be placed into this race either to race or spectate as punishment for actions taken in the prior event as well.

Rookies must compete in the Rising Star Series to earn Cup entry, and must get the OK from an admin.

If for some reason you can't make Tuesday's event, let us know and the admins will consider your entry.

Let me just say this will take more than one race to get my approval, may even take 3-5 races for me to make a full evaluation. Unfortunetly this includes Scorpio. Sorry rofl.

I'll deffinately have to try to see if I can race tuesday..I'm going to try to be there
